Food & Beverage

The Organizing Committee will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner services for the participating delegates, and the specific meal time will be adjusted according to the event schedule.
Special diet and allergic food
All the dishes are under strict control. No food containing stimulant or that may cause allergy will be provided. All dishes will be marked with halal or non-halal.

Visa Information

1.Visa policy


Except the visa-free persons as specified, the foreigners who participate in 2023 FISU University World Cup Football in Jinjiang shall apply for the Chinese visa from the embassies or consulates of China in you countries, Office of the Commissioner in Hong Kong, China, Office of the Commissioner in Macao, China or any other diplomatic institutes authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China

2.Visa application and assistance


To apply for Chinese visa, it is required to submit:
·Invitation from the Organizing Committee: The Organizing Committee of FISU University World Cup Football will send invitations to all the delegations that are successfully registered.
·Passport with blank pages and valid for at least 6 months from the date of the submission.
·Visa Application Form of the People’s Republic of China authentically and clearly completed by the applicant.
·Recent bareheaded full-face photo
·Other evidential materials related to visa application and required by visa officers. in case of any problem, please visit the website of local embassy of China to find available solutions or contact persons.

Expenses and fees

1 Deposit
1.1 Team deposit
In order to guarantee the participation and compliance of related regulations by all competing teams, FISU collected a deposit of 5,000 Euros per team pre-event.
1.2 Return of deposit
After the conclusion of competition, FISU will reimburse corresponding amount of deposit to each team based on different situations of complying with concerned regulations.

2.Registration fee of FISU
FISU requires each participating country to pay a registration fee of 50 Euros per person. The FISU International Control Committee delegate will verify that the Registration Fee has been paid by each team before issuing the Accreditation Cards. Teams can choose if they prefer to pay by a bank transfer that must be done before arriving to China and demonstrated by an official document or, if they prefer, this amount can be deducted from the 5000 euro guarantee deposit.

3.Extra participants
Any delegation may apply to FISU for more officials and athletes than the prescribed quantity before the deadline of application.The participation fee for extra officials and athletes is 140 Euros/person/day.

Transportation

1. Overview
The OC will provide efficient, secure and convenient traffic service for all delegations to participate in all official activities. The service is only available for the accredited delegation members, officials and members of the Organizing Committee.

2. Team Transportation
The traffic service for delegations will be available between stadiums, accommodations and official venues including:
·Pick-up and drop-off during the arrival and departure
·To and from competition and training venues
·Transfer to the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony Special activities
Each team will be provided with a dedicated bus and an attaché. The details of the bus and personnel y be publicized after the arrival of delegations.

2.1 Training and competition
Bus transfer service between accommodations and venues for teams will be arranged according to competition and training schedule (Minibuses or MPVs will be available for referees and technical officials).For more details, please contact team attaches.
2.2 Game Spectating
Each team may contact the team attaches half a day in advance to book the bus transfer for game spectating
2.3 Opening and Closing Ceremonies
For the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony,the shuttle buses, minibuses and MPVs will be provided for all delegations, guests, technical officials and referees to and from the site of ceremonies. For more details please contact team attaches and OC staffs.
2.4 Extra transportation for sightseeing
Teams can request the OC to arrange transportation for private visits, at their own cost. Participants with interest for sightseeing can check with the info desks at their hotels.

Arrivals&Departures

Overview
1.The Organizing Committee only provides arrival & departure services for delegations from Oct,19, to Nov,1, 2023. All the delegations shall timely provide arrival & departure information before the specified time; otherwise, the arrival & departure service may not be available. All the delegations s carefully read this chapter and comply with relevant regulations before arrival at Jinjiang

2 Customs and border control
Chinese customs and immigration will inspect and supervise the passports, credentials, visas, baggage and means of transportation and the cargo carried by the personnel exiting and entering China.

3 Arrivals
The Organizing Committee suggests delegations enter China via Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport ar Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport to obtain more convenient flows of customs clearance. The Organizing Committee will arrange special traffic service from Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport, Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport or nearby High-Speed Train Station to hotels as per the schedule submitted by ea delegation.

3.Departure
The delegation is requested to take the bus at the hotel lobby to Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport or Xiamen Gaoqi international Airport. The organizing Committee suggests delegations to Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport gather two hours in advance and those to Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport gather three hours in advance. 

Delegation Services

1.Information desk
During the event, information desks will be set up at designated hotels and staffed with two English speak volunteers at each hotel to assist in consulting.

2.Publications
Organizing Committee will make public the daily competition information, results and transportation arrangement to officials, media and athletes via e-mail, telephone and bulletin in the hotel lobby.

3.Mobile phones-Sim cards
Dedicated provider will provide services at certain places (hotel), and each participating team can buy mobile phone cards and packages at their own expense as needed.

4.Team Uniforms
The OC will provide 2 sets of competition kits,1 set of training kit, 2 pairs of socks and 1 set of long-sleeved tracking suit for each athlete, and 2 short-sleeved polo shirts and 1 set of long-sleeved tracking suit for each team officials.

5. Laundry
The hotel provides free laundry service for two sets of short-sleeve sportswear per day per person(including socks), and a discount of 30% off will be provided for extra request.

6.Attaches
During the event period, each team will be allocated with attaches to assist daily communication and translation.

Medical Services

Each competition venue is equipped with one medical room, two ambulances, of which the medical room is provided with one medical staff, each ambulance with one driver with a good knowledge of traffic routes.
The ambulances and medical staffs arrive in position 90 minutes before the competition starts and depart after participate teams and referees leave.
Each training venue will be equipped with 1 ambulance and be positioned 30 minutes before team arrivals. Designated hospitals
The Jinjiang Municipal Hospital, Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jinjiang Anhai Hospital are designated hospitals for the event.
